Oooh, New Zealand is so much fun and so much beautiful scenery! It’s hard to go wrong there, really. I loved pretty much everything we did there, and amazing hiking is everywhere.

    Highly recommend:
Tongariro Crossing – hike between 2 volcanoes (one of them is Mt Doom) = AMAZING views
Glow worm caves – black water rafting and rappelling in were awesome
Zorb – roll down a switchback hill in an inflatable ball… it’s way fun and hard to explain… I did the water ride option and it was crazy hilarious
Lord of the Rings movie tours – if you’re a fan, they have tours that are a lot of fun to see the random corners of NZ that served as the iconic scenery in the films

Cape Town- old biscuit mill in Observatory on Saturday mornings. Haut Bay (theres a market there, too) and Camps Beach #4 were my favorite beaches. Definitely hike Lions Head (best on a full moon as the sun is setting!). Table mountain is gorgeous but is 1 hour of stair step climbing- you can also take a ride to the top, breathtaking views. Robben Island is full of history, and is the only place in the world where you can stand on one World Heritage Site while looking at another. When riding mini buses, do not enter an empty one.

For Victoria Falls- not sure if that’s the wet or dry season, but you can swim in the falls only if you’re on the Zimbabwean side. The Zambian side is a spectacular view as well!

Your itinerary looks AMAZING!! Can’t wait to follow your travels via your updates 🙂

  3. How long will you be in Boston for? I would LOVE to see you. I am going to be in LA for work that week, but I get back on Friday, July 22nd. Let me know if you’ll still be here!!!

  4. I am really loving the theme/design of your
site. Do you ever run into any web browser compatibility problems?
A small number of my blog audience have complained about my site not
working correctly in Explorer but looks great in Safari.

Do you have any advice to help fix this issue?
